So, I made fruit tarts last night and took some not very well lit pictures of them.
I tried something a little different and made a half lemon curd, half vanilla custard filling.
I really like lemon curd, but especially if you use fresh lemons, it gets a little bit acidic, and i like the vanilla custard i made last time, but i missed the lemon so i smooshed them together~
